In this presentation Dr. Choi talks to us about the The Obesity Epidemic and how the The Caloric Deception is showing us the need to look outside of this narrow thinking of managing weight loss.  Dr. Choi brings together metabolism – Hormones, Food, Stress, Microbiome, Genetics, Psychology and how all of this contributes to weight, hunger, appetite and our food choices and satiety.  And  the Mind and Willpower to outline how insights into decision making, habit change and food psychology can support our patients with sustainable behaviour change. Dr Chois also shares her Top Secret –  Tool Box of: blood tests, case management, clinical questions and motivational interviewing, clinical pearls for weight loss and behaviour change.
