Using the Ayurvedic Medicine theory of disease development it will help Naturopathic Doctors gain insightful into the development and the root cause of a person’s illness. This lecture will include and discussion of certain influences and factors can accumulate within the body and mind can lead to progressive stages of disease. Using an Ayurvedic awareness of a patient’s stage of disease and primary constitution will improve the Naturopathic Doctor’s ability gain a deeper understanding of their patient’s disease process thereby adding more tools to their preventative and individualized health care practices. Dr. Sairupa will also present common diseases in the context Naturopathic & Ayurvedic medicines. This lecture serves as the second part in a three-part series on Ayurvedic Medicine of Naturopathic Doctors.
